Rights and ownership
Owning an NFT or token does not automatically mean you hold reproduction or commercial rights to the underlying artwork or design. Physical reproduction requires sufficient rights or permission. Projects involving third-party characters, brands, logos, or other protected work are reviewed under the existing brand and IP policy.
